Main Task: Additional filming

When my filming was completed I looked through some of my filming piece and after some feedback I was picked up that one of my shots lasted quite a long time and that the viewers may start to loose potential interest if they saw it for too long. Someone suggested that since my film was more darker I should have a dark object that shows what great terror this thing really is supposed to be and that I should take inspiration from a transcript that is related to Satanic activity, in this case the Necronomicon.

I decided to research into this thing and discovered that the Necronomicon is a large book full of Satanic magic and curses that had a very dark feel to it. I decided there for to base this transcript on the pages from this book. By looking at some of the pages in the book on google images I saw that the pages contained dark pictures of symbols, body parts and terrible creatures and that all of the pages were written in a foreign language which I believed to be Latin. Some of the symbols were off religious groups I.E the Cross of Christianity. I decided to use this as inspiration for my own page or manuscript that tell of this creatures summoning or how it arrived in this world.

Since I wanted to make this piece look extremely professional I decided that I wanted someone who was good at art to be able to do it for me so I called on for my friend Taylor to do the drawing for me. The plan I decided to come up with was that the page should have the cross of Christianity turned upside down on the page to give it the appearance of the symbol of the Anti-Christ, similarly based on the origins of this dark book. I then thought that as this creature is more evil with its mind and is killing people, I decided that the cross of the devil should be in front of a human skull to signify that with this curse, death is expected to follow the victim, whilst lastly hands will appear reaching out from behind the skull to show that this creature is going to be related with limbs that gives it, this dark power. The Language would be a made up Satanic language that looks like ones already tran scripted within the book. After a few weeks the page was completed and I was able to feature it in my filming to make the extended clip shorter.

Next I decided to add further interest and suspense into the film was to have a scientific graph to show that it had something to with science as well, to create this thing and not just dark magic alone. I decided to base something around the effects of radiation so it would give the film a darker and more realistic plot, so it gives speculation whether this thing was designed deliberately or accidentally. I decided to draw and random graph that showed the changes in brain function after minutes of radiation exposure that would have been featured on the graph and be able to add it into the film.

The graph I decided to do was the levels of mutation within the human brain over a period of time since the patient which becomes my creature within the intro, suffered from an accident that made him have acute radiation sickness that started to effect the patients brain. Then for some unknown reason the levels dropped and the patient survived by entering a coma and named the subject Test Subject Regeneration (TS Regen) linking my creature into the film.

After deciding my time frame within hours and finding out the correct measurement for Radiation exposure, I drew my graph and was ready to add these sections into my film.
